Six points heading into the final.

We came into the October 3 final at Dominion Raceway with a six-point championship lead. That made our qualifying position and finish on the day critical in the points race. It rained all day, and I qualified 10th out of 55 drivers.

Three battles in the rain.

Top 32: Adam Rozek in the grey-and-green 350Z.
Top 16: Colin Francis in the white S13.
Top 8: Dan Savage in the black S13, including One More Time.

I finished the round in sixth place, and that secured the 2026 championship. Back to Back Championships!!!

All three of us in the season’s Top 10.

My teammate Justin Bauer finished seventh in the season standings, and Ivan (Jonny) Klimovich finished sixth. With my championship, that puts all three of us in the Top 10 for the season.

Ivan drove my S197 for the first three rounds. For the final, we debuted the team’s fifth-generation Camaro.

Time to celebrate.

Very proud of my crew and drivers. Huge accomplishment for the team to have all three of us in the season’s Top 10!

After the event on Saturday, we got together for the catered awards banquet. We really appreciated the dinner and the chance to celebrate the season together.

We’re not done for the year.

October 22, we’re heading to the X-Comp activation at Ten Tenths Motorclub with the Shelby SS‑R, S14, and Camaro. November 1–7, we’ll be at SEMA for the Optima Batteries demo with the Shelby Super Snake S550. Then it’s FuelFest Phoenix on December 5 with the Shelby Super Snake S550.
